Saginaw firm Andrews Hooper Pavlik merges with Owosso company

The Saginaw accounting firm Andrews Hooper Pavlik announced it bought up an Owosso firm and will add it to its locations.

Andrews Hooper Pavlik merged with Demis and Wenzlick, P.C. in Owosso, as of January, which will become the seventh office of the accounting services firm. The others are in Auburn Hills, Bay City, Grand Rapids, Lansing, Midland, and Saginaw.

The principals and staff of Demis and Wenzlick will stay on, and keep operating in their current office, with a total of 21 staff added to Andrews Hooper Pavlik as a result.

"This merger is a win-win for both firms, as well as our clients," says William J. Mulders Jr., AHP managing partner. "Adding another office in mid-Michigan with the same level of focus on quality services and the same commitment to serving clients will expand our geographic area and services offered."
