There's a new home for the
Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health Authority's customer service offices, and it's quite the historic location.
Located at 135 Washington Ave., the former Brownhoist Industrial Administration Building, which has been vacant for a couple of years, the offices will house approximately 45 employees of Bay Arenac Behavioral Health, though more may end up there in the coming months.
The building boasts 28,000 square feet of space and was renovated in 1990 for use by the EPA for housing their computer center. The EPA left in 1998 and then remained empty until 2005 when StarNet Wireless took up residence on a single floor until 2010.
