Tin Roof Café and Ice Cream Shop, which recently opened with eight full- and part-time employees on staff.
The business, owned by Carrie Barriger, is at 354 West Saginaw Road and features a full line-up of items such as burgers and paninis as well as typical sides like fries. They also have multiple types of sundaes, hand-dipped ice cream and soft serve.
The Tin Roof Café is open all week from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m.
