Yeo & Yeo, a CPA firm based in Saginaw, recently announced that it has expanded into Oakland County thanks to a merger with Hauswirth+Moncreif PLLC of Auburn Hills that became effective at the beginning of September.
Hauswirth+Moncreif, which will now operate under the name Yeao & Yeo, will expand its tax, audit, business consulting and business valuation services as part of the merger agreement.
The new offices will have a staff of six and are located at 691 N. Squirrel Road, Suite 100 in Auburn Hills.

The merger is expected to add approximately $1.5 million in revenue to Yeo & Yeo, which earned just under $30 million last year. The company employs over 180 workers in offices throughout Michigan.
