MidMichigan Health has a new director of care management, Rachel Aultman.
Aultman will oversee all aspects of care management including home care, long-term care, outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation, and inpatient care within MidMichigan Health.
She most recently held the role of director at MidMichigan Home Care, and has been with MidMichigan Health since 2000. She has a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degree in health administration, both from Saginaw Valley State University. She also received SVSU's Nursing Excellence Award in 2012 and serves on the university's health administration and leadership advisory council.
"Rachel is an excellent choice for this new position because she has outstanding leadership qualities and a complete understanding of the continuum of care. Her expertise will help MidMichigan further develop resources and support for patients with ongoing health care needs." said Chandra Morse, vice president of MidMichigan Health.
