Three Rivers Corporation in Midland announced they are making some staff changes, with two new promotions on their management team.
Randy Sherman was promoted to president of Three Rivers, which is a construction services provider. He will oversee daily management and operations, as well as meeting long-term goals like growth targets, executing strategy for the company, and strengthening ties to customers and the community. Previously, he was executive VP and chief operating officer. He also will remain on the Three Rivers Board of Directors and its executive committee.
Mark Craig was promoted to VP of finance and business administration. His job is to use the finance team's strengths and keep financials consistent with the company's focus on customer service. He also will maintain the balance sheet, work on financial policy, oversee financial functions and work to streamline administrative and financial systems.
The new roles were effective in mid-January.
