The Old Saginaw City Lawn Chair Film Festival is expecting a big crowd this year for its headliner film, an outdoor showing of "The Big Lebowski," but it looks like it'll need some financial support from its fans to make that happen.
Excerpt: Now in its 13th year, the festival is turning to Kickstarter to try to raise $20,000 by 2 p.m. Aug. 22 for the purchase of a new screen, projector and sound system.
