A group of vacant buildings on Main Street will be home to a major new development in Midland. The project from Three Rivers Corp. is slated to begin this construction season.

Several storefronts, taking up a half-block at the southeast corner of Main and Ashman streets will be demolished to make way for a five-story, nearly 84,000-square-foot mixed-use development, including an underground parking garage.
