A student has plotted the ultimate Michigan road trip, hitting all its major landmarks. Might be worth trying out this summer if you've got the travel bug and want to see more of our beautiful state.

Randal Olson, a computer science and engineering doctorate student at Michigan State University, has created what he views as the ultimate Michigan road trip. Hitting 43 spots around the state, Olson plans on taking the trip soon before leaving the state when his studies are complete.
