Land bank buys former Saginaw bank property

Excerpt: The Saginaw County Land Bank has paid $105,000 to purchase an empty bank building at 219 S. Michigan with the intent that the county government might want to use the property as an expansion for its main campus near Saginaw's Old Town district.
