Old Saginaw News building now to be called Riverview

A rebranding of the former Saginaw News building has taken place, focusing on selling it for development.

Excerpt: Things are "heating up" in the market for properties in downtown Saginaw, says Murray Wikol, president of ProVisions, the company that owns the former Saginaw News building at 203 S. Washington.

In 2010, The Saginaw News moved its staff from the building on Washington to the Ippel Building at 100 S. Michigan in Old Town Saginaw.
