Excerpt: Mekinsey Molinaro, a 19-year-old sophomore at Northwood University, is anything but a typical college student. In addition to being a full-time student, she is the owner and sole employee of Element of Nutrition located at 600 Cambridge St. in Midland.
Element of Nutrition is a membership-based club that provides nutritional information, healthy challenges and products to clients in support of their wellness goals.
