From IT to furniture design? Well, it's working for SuperChic Designs owner Victoria Trischler, according to this neat profile on the new store in Bay City.
Excerpt: For 30 years, Victoria Trischler worked as a computer specialist, but she always had an eye for design and a creative spark.
Earlier this year, she left her job at Saginaw's St. Mary's Hospital, where she worked as an information specialist, and on May 3 she opened SuperChic Designs at 108 Third St. in downtown Bay City where she refurbishes vintage furniture and sells her one-of-a-kind pieces.
