Time capsules have been a tradition for American cities for decades -- well, for centuries, in fact. A 100-year-old capsule was recently opened in Saginaw.

But the wait continues for local history buffs who are eager to see items contained in a century-old time capsule, retrieved last month from a memorial rock at Bliss Park.
